Women's Health Lobby Day

Texas Campaign for Women's Health invites you to join women's health care advocates from around the state to urge legislators to fund important women's health care services. Our message is simple: The state must fund services to help the more than 1.6 million uninsured Texas women receive the health care services they need!
You don't need any prior lobbying or advocacy experience.
This is a unique opportunity for you to meet and talk to your representative as part of a diverse, statewide coalition that supports funding for women's health care in Texas.
We'll begin our day at noon with an Advocacy Training and Issue Briefing at the Hyatt Regency on Town Lake. From there we'll depart for the Capitol and have a group visit to the Governor's office and pre-scheduled small group visits with individual legislators. We'll end our day with a debriefing and socializing here in Austin.
